Refund policy
At CAMELOR, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unworn and unused
In their original condition
With all original tags and packaging attached
Returned items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
Sale items, promotional items, and gift cards are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
